Sojourn Logbook™ is still in beta testing, so there is not much to support yet. Here is how to reach us in the meantime.

Email [email protected]. Before launch this reaches the same small team building the app, so replies may take a few days.
If you are on the waitlist
You will get exactly one email, when the app is released. To be removed before then, reply to any message from us or email [email protected] and we will delete your address.
Checking a document someone gave you
If a pilot or cabin crew member has handed you a Sojourn Logbook PDF and you want to confirm it is intact, use the document verifier. It is free, needs no account, and runs entirely in your browser — the file is never uploaded.
Reporting something about this website
Broken links, wrong regulatory detail, or a claim that does not hold up — please tell us. The authority pages in particular are built from primary sources and we would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong. Email [email protected].
